Rob has over 25 years’ experience as a Change Manager, IT manager, Consultant, Facilitator and leader in many sectors with in-depth change management experience. He is a PROSCI© Change Management Practitioner.
Rob has lead teams, departments and major programmes in a variety of sectors, on an interim or contract basis, whenever the organisation needs to implement significant change. In his consultancy work, Rob has advised clients on strategic change, programme delivery, customer service operations, workflow streamlining and systems integration. Rob has experience of Business & IT change, project and programme management in the finance, utilities, supply chain and public sectors, and enjoys the challenge of delivering simple solutions to complex problems.
