Ever wondered how to take your facilitation skills in to an online environment like Teams or Zoom? On this one day course we will show you how you can recreate everything you do at an in-person event to work online.
Description:
In an ever changing work environment, facilitators must adapt their existing skills to an online or hybrid environment. This course shares best practice, tools and techniques for ensuring the engagement of participants is maximised in the online environment. We also look at how to best integrate a hybrid meeting so the in-person and online attendees are equally engaged.
Who should attend?
Project & Programme Managers, Change Managers, Team Leaders, Managers, Business Analysts, Event & Communication Specialists, HR Business Partners & Consultants, Public Consultation Facilitators and anyone with an interest in running more engaging meetings and workshops, whether they be online or hybrid. We recommend this course is attended by people that have previously attended our Facilitation Skills (2 day) course or are experienced facilitators.
